Living Dangerously
I was watching the movie,”God’s Outlaw: The Story of William Tyndale” the other day and I was struck by his courage to spread the word of God in a society that saw it as a criminal act. He lived in a time where the Catholic church had the bible in Latin, but refused to allow the people to have the written word of God in English. They believed that it was the church’s responsibility to teach the scriptures, and that the people should not read the bible on their own. William Tyndale translated the bible into English and he was on the run from the authorities from that point on. He was eventually caught and burned at the stake.

I admire Christians who risk everything for their faith in God and Jesus Christ. Those who put their lives on the line to share the gospel have a true reward in heaven. I watched this inspiring video below about living dangerously as a Christian and thought I would share it. Although I don’t live in a dangerous country, I was struck by how much more we as Christians should be doing since we live in freedom. Please tell me how you are struck by this video.
