1.  God’s Way is Perfect

2 Samuel 22:31

“As for God, his way is perfect;
the word of the LORD is flawless.
He is a shield
for all who take refuge in him.

2.  God never sleeps

Psalm 121:3-4

He will not let your foot slip—
he who watches over you will not slumber;

indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.

3.  God’s Understanding Has No Limits

Psalm 147:5

Great is our Lord and mighty in power;
his understanding has no limit.

4.  God Will Not Break His Covenants

Psalm 89:34

I will not violate my covenant
or alter what my lips have uttered.

5.  God Upholds Justice

Isaiah 5:16
But the LORD Almighty will be exalted by his justice, and the holy God will show himself holy by his righteousness.

6. God is Compassionate, Gracious, Slow to Anger, and Abounding in Love

Psalm 103:8

The LORD is compassionate and gracious,
slow to anger, abounding in love.

7.  God Delights in Showing Mercy

Micah 7:18
Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy.

8.  God Created the Earth By His Power

Jeremiah 10:12
But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.

9.  God Never Changes

Malachi 3:6

“I the LORD do not change.

10.  God balances Justice With Compassion

Isaiah 30:18
Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!
